Aims of the workshop
To provide staff an opportunity to enhance their leadership capability through developing coaching skills.
Objectives
- Adopt a coaching style to enhance individuals performance
- Conduct meetings using the GROW model
- Recognise opportunities to adopt a coaching style when providing feedback, in performance meetings and on-going staff development
